Ms. Groves placed a wholesale order of boutique inventory totaling $1,150 with payment by credit card. The order shipped with signature confirmation and was signed for at her registered business address. She listed several of the items for sale in her shop the same week. Three weeks later she filed a chargeback claiming the goods were never received. We submitted the tracking record, signature confirmation with her name, and photos from her own social media showing the merchandise on her shelves. The chargeback was reversed in our favor after representment, but the process took nine weeks of staff time. Signature confirmation saved us. Documentation on file.
