Fighting back against false chargebacks and non-payment

Client Check is a records platform, not a rumour board. Every submission is attested, every named client can answer, and every business that files gets a permanent public listing in return.

1. Create a business account

Sign up with your business email and confirm it. You accept the submission policy once — every record you file is tied to that account.

2. File the record with an attestation

Client name, city, service category, amount in dispute, a 1–5 rating and your written account. You sign a truthfulness attestation that is logged with timestamp, IP and account ID.

3. Attach your documentation

Invoices, signed estimates, chargeback letters and message threads upload privately. Staff review them for the verified badge — documents are never published.

4. Verification review

Businesses with confirmed identity and documentation earn a Verified badge on every record and on their public listing.

5. The client keeps a right of response

Named clients can claim the record, publish a rebuttal on the same page, or open a formal dispute that is mediated in writing.

6. Other businesses can check first

Records are indexed by name, city and category so the next business gets the full picture — including the client's own response — before taking the job.

7. Rate and review a business

Tap a star on any listing or directory card to rate a business — no account, no form. You can also leave a written review, and the owner can reply to it in public.

8. Ask the community

The forum is open to everyone: non-payment, chargebacks, deposits, contracts, screening and legal questions. Post anonymously, or as your business with a link back to your listing. Photos and video welcome.

What businesses get back

The community forum is free and open to everyone — no account needed. Ask about a chargeback you're fighting, a deposit that vanished, or how to word a contract. Post anonymously or as your business.
