Built and deployed the client portal milestone for Ms. Gauthier's firm. She approved the staging build, we pushed to production, and eleven days later her bank issued a chargeback for CA$5,600 claiming "services not rendered". We supplied the card network with signed milestone approvals, server logs, and handover emails. The chargeback was decided in her favour anyway.
