Mr. Pinsky engaged us for a three-month managed IT support contract for his small accounting office. Payment was card-not-present on a monthly recurring invoice. Months one and two were paid without issue. Month three was disputed with the card issuer as transaction not recognized even though his office used our helpdesk 23 times that month and he personally signed in to remote sessions. We provided the issuer with login logs, ticket history, the signed service agreement, and call recordings of him requesting support. The dispute reason was later changed to services not as described without specifics. The contract has been terminated for nonpayment. Ticket logs and session records are on file.
