Booked a full-day commercial shoot plus edit. Deposit cleared, shoot completed, first cut delivered on time and approved in writing. Two weeks after receiving the final files the client disputed the deposit and the balance with their card issuer as "unauthorized transaction," from the same card used to book. We supplied the signed booking form, IP-stamped approval, and delivery receipts to the issuer.
