We delivered a full brand identity package for Ms. Campos including logo suite, style guide, and social templates. She approved every round in writing and paid by credit card on delivery. The final files were transferred and she launched her rebrand publicly using our work. Forty-five days later the card issuer notified us of a chargeback for the full $3,200 with the reason code services not received. We submitted the signed agreement, delivery receipts, download logs, and screenshots of her live website using the designs. The chargeback was still decided in her favor. This was our first chargeback in six years of business. All documentation referenced above is retained on file.
