Completed a full brand identity package for Mr. Pemberton — logo suite, brand guidelines, and social templates — delivered and approved in writing on June 3. The final invoice of £2,900 went unanswered for 60 days despite three follow-ups. When we involved a collections agency, he claimed the work was "not as discussed", though every revision was signed off by email.
