Mr. Arredondo contracted us for a water heater replacement and repipe totaling $4,300. He paid $2,400 at scheduling and agreed the balance of $1,900 was due on completion. The work passed city inspection on the first visit. At final walkthrough he said he would transfer the balance that evening. Two months and five follow-ups later, the balance remains unpaid. He acknowledged the debt twice by text but stopped responding after we mentioned lien rights. Signed contract, passed inspection report, and text acknowledgment of the balance are on file.
