What would you want a client-side record to include to actually be useful?

If you were checking a prospective client before quoting, what details would make a record worth reading? For me it is the amount, whether there was a signed scope, and whether a dispute was filed. Curious what matters most to other trades.

Amount and whether there was a signed scope. I care much less about the star rating than about whether the paperwork existed.

Would love to see the resolution too — paid late, written off, or still open. Tells me a lot about how it ended.
